Richard E. Henry, M.D.

Richard E. Henry, M.D. earned his degree in medicine from the Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Oregon State University. Dr. Henry completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at David Grant USAF Medical Center, which is affiliated with the University of California, Davis. His allergy-immunology fellowship was completed in San Antonio, Texas at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. He has previously received appointments as Assistant Clinical Professor at St. Louis University and University of California. He joined the Asthma & Allergy of Idaho practice in 1992.

Dr. Henry is a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI), and holds memberships with the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI), and the American College of Physicians (ACP). He is founder and past president of Intermountain West Allergy Association and is still serving on the Executive Board. He is currently Vice Chairperson of the ACAAI National Committee on Geriatrics.
