FEES
Your bill includes fees for professional physician services and diagnostic tests (skin testing, lung function tests, and lab tests). The fee reflects the amount of time the doctor spends with you and the complexity of your medical condition. You are responsible for payment at the time of service. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
INSURANCE
As a convenience to you, we will gladly file the claim with your insurance carrier. We will file with your main insurance, and also to any secondary or supplemental plans you may have. Even though you may have insurance coverage, you are considered responsible for your account. We participate with a large number of insurance companies. Feel free to call our office if you have any questions about participation in an insurance plan.
